Who actually handles my closing?

Each file is assigned a named escrow officer in your state. They're the single point of contact for the buyer, seller, agents, and lender. You'll have their direct phone, email, and the portal — and they reply within two business hours.

What happens if there's a problem during the closing?

We surface it the moment we see it, not the day before closing. Schedule B issues, payoff discrepancies, lender condition delays — every flag is shared in the portal in real time, with a recommended path forward. The job is to keep the file moving.

How will I know what's happening?

Every milestone, document, and status change appears in your Clever Closings Portal the moment it happens. You don't need to call to "check in." You can also opt into email or SMS notifications for anything that needs your attention.

Do you coordinate with my preferred lender, agent, and TC?

Yes. We work with whoever you bring. The portal can be granted access to your transaction coordinator, paralegal, listing agent, and lender LO so everyone sees the same view of the file.
